Delaware North has rebranded its gaming division as Ember Entertainment on July 2, 2026. The new entity consolidates the company’s physical casinos, digital gaming platforms, and loyalty rewards program into a single operational framework.
Unified Gaming Ecosystem
Under the Ember Entertainment banner, Delaware North is merging its land-based venues with online gaming, sports betting, and social casino offerings for the first time. The restructuring aims to establish a unified ecosystem that links player accounts and rewards across all service channels.
Jason Gregorec, president of the gaming division, stated that the restructuring creates a cohesive identity reflecting modern consumer expectations. He noted that the new framework connects brick-and-mortar locations with digital gaming, sportsbooks, and rewards, while also integrating dining, lodging, and retail services at company properties.
Recent Market Activity
The corporate rebrand follows the earlier market debut of the Ember name with the launch of Ember Casino New Jersey. That release marked Delaware North’s initial entry into the New Jersey online gaming market.
