London Gaming Show Rebrands to Include Sports Betting Conference

EAG360 has rebranded its annual industry event to the London Gaming Show, expanding the exhibition scope beyond traditional casino operations. The updated format will debut in January and incorporate a dedicated Sports Betting Conference alongside the existing program.
Expanded Sector Coverage
The renamed event maintains its three-part structure while formally integrating sports wagering into the UK gambling landscape. According to EAG360 chairman Nick Harding, the exhibition now covers the full spectrum of British gaming, including casinos, AGCs, Cat C and B3 premises, bingo halls, and sports betting operators. The announcement was made in June 2026 to reflect the shifting composition of the domestic market.
Conference Focus and Industry Integration
The newly added conference aims to address the limited visibility of sports betting within the current sector. Harding referenced the operational model at Hippodrome Casino, where Simon Thomas installed a Paddy Power facility in the basement, as a practical example of how distinct gambling segments can function together. The January exhibition will use this cross-sector approach to highlight combined venue strategies and market overlap.
