E-Service has incorporated ITL’s MyCheckr age estimation technology into its UK distribution portfolio. The gaming service company announced the expansion of its range on June 30, 2026, adding AI-based access control solutions to its existing cash-handling equipment.
E-Service has operated as ITL’s UK trading partner since 2004, primarily distributing cash validation equipment such as the NV9 Spectral, Spectral Payout, and NV22 Spectral. The recent update marks a shift toward age assurance technology, with E-Service now representing the MyCheckr brand at industry events.
Technology and Market Presence
Andy Bullock, senior business development manager for ITL, reported increased interest in the technology following exhibitions at the National Convenience Show in Birmingham and The Amusement & Retail Entertainment event in Manchester. The company also presented the system at EAG shows in London and regional BACTA meetings.
MyCheckr provides anonymous age checks and secure access control. The system integrates with gaming machines via API, while the companion device, ICU Lite, offers similar functionality. ITL also developed MyConnect, an application that alerts staff to potential underage play or self-excluded entries for remote approval.
Paul Scott, sales director at E-Service, confirmed that the partnership with ITL remains strong. He stated that the inclusion of age assurance technology complements the company's long-standing distribution of ITL’s note validation products.
